This new year Dan and I will be continuing the book, Ten-Minute Relaxation, For Mind and Body by Jennie Harding, until the end.

SOUND, NOISE, AND SILENCE
If you go somewhere truly deep into nature, such as high into mountains or into the depths of a wood.
You may be struck by the deep sense of peace that spreads through such places.
There are sounds to be heard, but these are very different to the hustle and bustle of the modern world.
The sounds of nature are hugely varied; the rustle of a bird in a tree, wind stirring the grass, an insect’s wings whirring, a stream running somewhere.
In this kind of space, you may become more aware of your own inner sounds, your heartbeat, even the sound of your blood pumping through your veins.
As Dan and I start a new year; we will be posting daily 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

IT IS DIFFICULT TO FOCUS WHEN life seems to be going in several directions and your home or office is in disarray.
Take some time to clear the clutter in your life.
Is there anything you can let go of, organize, or complete?
When we clear clutter, we create space for peace and calm to enter our lives.
We release any hold we may have on objects or projects and permit what needs to be in our lives the space to enter.
Letting go is an act of freedom.
