You have power over your mind, not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength.

STARTING THIS WEEK ON A BRAND-NEW SERIES, FOCUSING ON YOUR STRENGTH AND CONTINUING ON LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE. PLUS, THE HERB – COFFEE.

Hello Followers,

Happy Hump Day!

Before anyone should ask why one should focus on their strength, we should know the meaning behind it.

It’s a particular way of behaving, thinking, or feeling that is authentic and energizing to the user, and enables optimal functioning, development and performance.

Now, why should we focus on our strengths?

I like this meaning because it explains why strengths are so important.

People who focus on their strengths are more confident, have higher levels of energy and vitality.

They are also more resilient, perform better at work and are more likely to achieve their goals.

Since it’s May, Dan and I thought it would be fun to share what is it about May that’s so significant during this month?

Let’s take a look at this a-may-zing month!

May used to have a very different name in Old English.

Back then, the month was referred to as the month of three milking’s.

This meant that during this month, you could milk your cows up to three times per day!

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

TRUE LOVE IS NOT FOUND, IT IS BUILT.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

CHAPTER 15; TOUCH WITH WORDS

THE ART OF COMMUNICATION

KIND WORDS TOUCH EVERY HEART.

Isn’t that what you want with the person in your life who creates such chaos?

KIND WORDS

You stay in the relationship because you care and you want to communicate the caring, even as you find ways to live in peace with the challenges that make your life with the person less than ideal.

Tomorrow, THE HOW-TOS OF COMMUNICATION

This is the spot that Dan and I have been posting, on get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs.

Today blogging on the herb; COFFEE and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how coffee can help keep your body healthy?

Could it support brain health?

Although studies have turned up mixed results, some research suggests that coffee may help protect against certain neurodegenerative disorders, including Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease.

According to one review of 13 studies, people who regularly consumed caffeine had a significantly lower risk of developing Parkinson’s disease.

What’s more, caffeine consumption also slowed the progression of Parkinson’s disease over time.

Another review of 11 observational studies in more than 29,000 people also found that the more coffee people consumed, the lower their risk of Alzheimer’s disease.

Additionally, several studies have demonstrated that moderate coffee consumption could be associated with a lower risk of dementia and cognitive decline.

Some research suggests that drinking coffee could help protect against Alzheimer’s disease,

Parkinson’s disease, and cognitive decline.

The PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.
