When you believe that you can do something, that's when you can do it.

CONTINUING ON A BRAND-NEW SERIES, YOU CAN DO IT AND CONTINUING ON LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE. PLUS, THE HERB – CHAMOMILE.

Hello Followers,

The week-end is approaching!

Are you going to do anything exciting?

Dan and I would love to hear from you.

You think you can’t do it because reading this past week posts doesn’t change anything.

You’re RIGHT.

Reading this past week posts doesn’t mean you can suddenly do the thing you want to do.

I can’t make these excuses no longer valid in your life.

Only you can.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

WHEN YOU GIVE YOURSELF THE GIFT OF QUIETLY BELIEVING IN YOURSELF, YOU'LL LOVE YOURSELF.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

Continuing on CHAPTER 14; HOW MANY TIMES DO I SAY “SORRY”?

CONFESSION

Perhaps those planning such a confession should consider whether revelations of unknown or unsuspected transgressions of the past would be better released to someone who will not feel knifed in the back or kicked in the stomach by the information.

It’s not the person who has been unknowingly injured who must free the other from guilt.

Guilt is an inside alarm that signals the need to change course.

Once a person determines to change, he or she can look back on the past and learn from it.

Continue tomorrow-

Dan and I have been posting, on the time to get ready for food and remedies that

heal; alchemy of herbs.

Today blogging on the herb; CHAMOMILE and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how chamomile can help keep your body healthy?

Are you ready to continue with the herb chamomile!

It’s been since March that I ended off, due to Dan’s and my move.

Today, chamomile is widely available and used in various forms, usually as a tea, essential oil, dry powder or tincture.

Which type you want to buy depends on how you plan to use it.

Dry powder and extract forms of chamomile flowers are usually most recommended by traditional practitioners since these provide the most potent forms of chamomile’s antioxidants.

If you come across chamomile powder, look for a product made with pure chamomile flower leaves where the oils are held, but not fillers like the plant’s stems or roots.

Extracts are also used to make chamomile capsules, which are often used to treat anxiety and sleep issues.

The standard dosage for these types of conditions, which have been used in studies, is 220–1,100 milligrams per day, for about 8 weeks.

In most parts of the world, chamomile tea is the most popular way to enjoy the plant’s calming effects.

You can find chamomile tea in nearly any grocery store, but look for organic, pure tea leaves to get the most benefits.

The month of April we continue with this PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.
