As I started my day this Wednesday, the first thing that was on my mind was today Dan’s birthday.
To some of you, he is my husband and the editor of this blog.
And other friends.
But he is much more, he is my best friend, who taught me anything is possible.
By my side, giving me confidence and support for over thirty years, reaching goals together.
It is an adventure!

Starting to achieve our goals is like starting a big adventure.
Are you ready for the next adventure?
We all have goals that we are striving to achieve.
Often, we have trouble getting started with our goals, or we discover that achieving them is going to take more time and effort than we thought it would, and we start to lose our motivation.
Setting and achieving goals is a process with different phases that will require lots of focus, commitment, and hard work.
In order not to get distracted or overwhelmed, there is a need to stay constantly motivated on the journey to reaching your goals.
So, Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.
These uplifting videos hold a significant place in our lives.
They offer a glimpse into the wisdom of our experiences.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
This 10-minute guided meditation is great first thing in the morning allowing you to focus on your goals.
By taking the time to meditate on your goals, you can accelerate the momentum to success by keeping your priorities top of mind resulting in proper action needed to progress forward.
For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.
This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
Until Thursday, if you have a goal and you set your mind to it, you can absolutely achieve it.
