It’s the weekend and last day of April!

Its May tomorrow, known as a month of transition.


If you live in the northern hemisphere, the fresh cold winds are gone, and the rains of early spring.


By the time May comes around, the spring flowers are blooming, birds are chirping, and life is starting to seem a little more joyful day by day!


If you’re on the other side of the world, in the southern hemisphere, then it’s a time when summer is long gone.

The fall winds have swept by, and the nights are getting colder and darker.


It’s a time of change, yet still delightfully warm.


Today Dan and I continue to educate and share our experiences on life change, Dan and my final thoughts.


What would it feel like to finally have the health you desire?

It is impossible to talk with someone who twists words, won’t listen, misinterprets, and stands staunchly in their position; regardless of the facts that support a different conclusion.

It’s amazing what and how coffee can help keep your body healthy?


Most people don’t think of coffee as an herb.


However, if we define an herb as a medicinal plant, then coffee is not only an herb but also one of the most popular in the world.


More than 500 billion cups of coffee are drunk annually.


More than 75 million people make their livelihood from it.

Perhaps the reason that coffee is commonly dismissed by the herbal world is because of our cultures overuse of the medicinal substance.


It’s rare to hear of an herbalist recommending coffee for someone’s health, probably because 50 percent of the US population is already self-dosing instead.


Herbalists are more likely to recommend against drinking coffee due to its side effects in susceptible people.

But there’s more to coffee than a jolt of energy.


Coffee can improve cognitive function, protect against neurodegenerative disease, prevent type 2 diabetes, support heart health and more.


Though we often hear talk of coffee beans, what herbalists use are actually the seed of the plant.
