Appreciation for what you have does not mean that you have to stop thinking anything could be even better.

Hello followers,

Thank goodness it is Friday!

Kick the weekend off right with some inspiration and motivation.

The easiest way to make the most of your Friday is by putting your best foot forward the second you rolled out of bed this morning.

I know it can be tough to find motivation when you are craving a day off, but with the help of good inspirational sayings, you can be inspired to kick butt at the office or in class and reap the rewards of spending the weekend however you like.

Check out Dan and my mini video inspirations and subscribe.

As Dan and I start a new year; we will be posting daily 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

March 31st

A MORNING RITUAL IS a great way to begin each day.

It is essential to your self-care to take time to create space for yourself.

A ritual can be as long or as short as you like.

Produce a list of things that must happen for you to feel your best.

In time, your morning routine will become a habit.

With consistency, you will find a sense of motivation and calm because you are taking time to set yourself up for success every day.

Monday Dan and I blogged on how important WORDS play in our everyday lives.

And how words can change your mood.

You can take any word and turn it into something related to your health.

Let us take the word APPRECIATION for example.

When people or our pets that we love are in our life, we see them as healthy and here, because that is what they are in this moment.

Yet at some point, they will not be in our lives.

They may choose to leave, or they may pass away.

If you were given a list of how long you had left in each relationship, would you appreciate more the ones you would have for the shortest amounts of time?

We do not know how much time we have.

All we are guaranteed is this moment.

Make sure everyone who is important to you knows it every single day.

Appreciating a lesson learned means being grateful you have the wisdom for tomorrow that you did not have yesterday.

Appreciation is the basis for holidays, but it is something that can and should be done every day.

Think of each holiday and what it means.

Then look around you and appreciate all the good that is in your life, your family, friends, possessions and home.

If you focus on what is good, better will come.

If you focus on what is lacking, more will soon be lacking.

Anything that is focused on increases, so the more you appreciate what you have, the more you will have to appreciate!

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Saturday, sometimes when we do good things, believe in people, or try our hardest, we seem to get nothing in return. Not even a thank-you. While this can be very disheartening, please do not ever think it was a waste of time. By putting good out into the world, you have done your part making it a better place. Maybe you were not appreciated immediately,

but maybe one day that person will look back and realize how kind you were to them.

Maybe!

Until then, please accept a sincere thank-you from me on their behalf.

ENJOY THE LAST DAY OF MARCH

AND TOMORROW SAY HELLO TO APRIL FOOL'S DAY.
