Follow your bliss and the universe will open doors where there were only walls.

RECAPPING THIS WEEK ON THE SERIES OF LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, THE HERB – CACAO. ALSO 101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS.

Hello followers,

As I recap living successfully with screwed-up people and 101 ways to happiness, I reflect this on ways to manage cancer and keeping my self-healthy.

Sometimes you have to travel to distant places to create a great story.

Humanity has been blessed with a beautiful place to live.

Experience all the natural and cultural wonders it has to offer.

There are places in this world that will open your mind to realities you have never even imagined in your wildest dreams.

These realities will inject your conscience with healthy, new perspectives.

As you travel the distant, you’ll meet new people who are like you and different from you in every way you could have imagined.

This will help you embrace the gift of individuality and realize the role you play in society.

Understanding these people will increase your knowledge of how the world works and the types of people its experiences create.

Living in Mexico taught Dan and I to appreciate our surroundings and not take anything for granted.

101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS; by Mike Annesley.

Continuing from last year!

Since all the research of keeping healthy, leads to making your cells happy; this book will help your mental health to be happy.

That is the first step in keeping your cells happy and keeping your body healthy.

CHAPTER 5; HAPPILY, BUSY

HAVE A PROJECT

A project is a long-term commitment to attain an end.

Often something physical, like a garden makeover.

But sometimes intangible, such as fluency in another language.

You have a relationship with your project; you make a commitment to it.

As if it were a person, you might at times neglect it and feel guilty on your own behalf.

In fact, a person could be a project for example; if you teach someone literacy.

The value of any personal venture is the sense of purpose it gives you.

This enriches your life.

It doesn’t matter where you came from. All that matters is where you are going.

Nothing can dim the light that shines from within.

Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving.

Each day provides its own gift.

Even though our time in this life is temporary, if we live well enough, our legacy will last forever.

Have enough courage to start and enough heart to finish.

They who live in harmony with themselves lives in harmony with the universe.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

Today continuing on CHAPTER 13; HOW CAN I EVER FORGIVE?

PREEQUISITES DESTROY FORGIVENESS –

True forgiveness stores indiscretion and wrongs in the file under the heading, no longer relevant.

Except for lessons!

If something triggers the memory, it is remembered as a sad or difficult time.

But one from which we have grown wiser.

It testifies of a new beginning that sprang from hand-earned insights and new appreciation for someone else’s needs.

Forgiveness allows us to grow as a result of lessons learned and prevents hardening of the heart from bitterness.

Tomorrow, BLOCKED BY PRIDE

Dan and I have been posting, on the time to get ready for food and remedies that

heal; alchemy of herbs.

Today blogging on the herb; CACAO and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how cacao can help keep your body healthy?

In researching, Dan and I have found that cacao can help prevent cancer.

Cacao contains several bioactive compounds that have been noted for their protective effects against the development of cancer.

Long-term chronic inflammation and oxidative stress are both conditions capable of increasing the risk of cancer development.

These conditions can put stress on your body and cause damage to your cells that may lead to dysfunction that may result in cancer.

Flavanols in cacao are antioxidant compounds that scavenge free radicals and other reactive species in the body to prevent their damage to our cells.

This then prevents the generation of dysfunctional cells and prevents excessive activation of the inflammatory response.

In this way, chronic inflammation and oxidative stress can be reduced by cacao flavanols and prevent the development of cancer.

There is a saying; 6 beans a day keeps the doctor away, as 8 beans of cacao (20-30g) has enough flavanols to keep your cells protected from oxidative stress and reduces the risk of developing cancer.

As Dan and I begin a new year, this is our PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

YOUR TIME IS LIMITED, SO DON'T WASTE IT LIVING SOMEONE ELSE'S LIFE.

OPEN DOORS🚪

Follow your bliss and the universe will open doors where there were only walls.

Until Monday, the purpose of life, after all, is to live it, to taste experience to the utmost, to reach out eagerly and without fear for a newer and richer experience.
