Hello Followers,

Welcome to Sunday!
That which has been is what will be.
That which is done is what will be done.
And there is nothing new under the sun. Ecclesiastes 1:9
May you always walk in sunshine.
Today we will explore sunlight and how it may heal skin conditions.
According to the World Health Organization, sun exposure might help treat several skin conditions.
Doctors have recommended UV radiation exposure to treat:
psoriasis
eczema
jaundice
acne
While light therapy is not for everyone, a dermatologist can recommend whether light treatments will benefit your specific skin concerns.
While there are a lot of good reasons to get sun, the sun emits ultraviolet (UV) radiation.
UV radiation can penetrate the skin and damage cell DNA.
This can lead to skin cancer.
Researchers do not always have an exact measurement for how long you should stay outside to reap the benefits of sunlight.
But defining an excess amount of sun exposure depends on your skin type and how direct the sun’s rays are.
People with fair skin typically get sunburn more quickly than those with darker skin.
Also, you are more likely to get sunburn going outside when the sun’s rays are more direct.
This usually takes place between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
According to expert, getting anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes of sunlight on your arms, hands, and face 2-3 times a week is enough to enjoy the vitamin D-boosting benefits of the sun.
Note that the sun must penetrate the skin.
Wearing sunscreen or clothing over your skin will not result in vitamin D production.
But if you are going to be outside for more than 15 minutes, it is a good idea to protect your skin.
You can do that by applying organic sunscreen with a sun protection factor of at least fifteen.
Wearing a protective hat and shirt can also help.
Tomorrow Dan and I will be starting a new series on how shades of colors around us impact our emotions.
In nature, light creates color.
In the picture, color creates light.
Color is a sort of mid-point between pure light and pure darkness.

RECAPPING THE WEEK
Greetings sunlight. We welcome the opportunity to begin anew every day.
The sun,
the bright sun,
that brings back,
not light alone,
but new life,
and hope,
and freshness to us,
burst upon our town in clear and radiant glory.
Sunlight!
The most precious gold is to be found on Earth.
Dan and I have found that there is always some beauty left in nature, sunshine,
freedom, in yourself; these can all help us.
No sun outlasts its sunset but will rise again and bring the dawn
As the sun peaks over the mountain, it is a new day on our miraculous planet.
Reason alone for celebration.
If you dance like raindrops, there will always be sunshine.

Continuing today, Life’s is a Journey, not a Destination.
How to live for each moment and find adventure in every day, by Vicki Vrint.
Join us on our new adventure in living each moment and finding adventure in every day.
Gather your gratitude!
It is exciting to plan new adventures, but do not forget that there are wonderful moments to be found in your life already.
Every evening quietly sit and think back over your day.
Reflect on all the positive moments.
The times when things went well or when someone made you laugh or surprised you.
Think about any beautiful images or scenes you saw, too.
Make a note of these gems that brightened your day or simply enjoy reliving them and feeling grateful for your blessings.
Orange light, associated with creativity, enthusiasm, and emotional balance, can help invigorate your spirit and enhance your mood.
This 10-minute meditation will guide you through visualizations and breathing techniques that harness the vibrancy of orange light, promoting a sense of warmth and joy.
By immersing yourself in this energizing frequency, you can boost your motivation, dissolve stress, and ignite your inner creativity, making it an ideal practice for rejuvenating your mind and body.
Until Monday, today may sunshine and happiness surround you when you are far from home.
