Start by doing what is necessary; then do what is possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible.

Hello Followers,

IT IS HUMP DAY, happy Wednesday.

As we start this day and continue with our journey of life, this message comes to mind, a journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step.

This is so true!

Adversity is inevitable, but difficulties or misfortunes do not have to keep you from achieving your intended goals and finding the happiness you seek in life.

It is how you overcome these adversities that can make all the difference.

Every challenge we successfully conquer serves to strengthen not only our will, but our confidence, and therefore our ability to confront future obstacles.

So, the next time you find yourself standing in front of a huge mountain that feels impossible to climb, whether it involves your job, partner, or business; refer to these wise words to help you find your way and remember why you started on this journey in the first place.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

DEALING WITH ADVERSITY is never pleasant but gives us an opportunity to gain experience and find a deeper understanding of others.

Remember to breathe when hardship finds you and take time to process your thoughts.

Then reframe negative thoughts or judgements.

In difficult times, we often need compassion for healing to occur.

Reframe, forgive, and let go.

See the lesson and not the struggle.

You will get through this stronger and wiser.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Thursday, remember you cannot change the direction of the wind.

But you can adjust your sails to always reach your destination.

Let us make it a fabulous one.
