Hello Followers,
Welcome to Sunday!

Nothing is impossible, the word itself says ‘I am possible.
Dan and I cannot express how important it is to believe that taking one tiny and possibly very uncomfortable step at a time can ultimately add up to a great distance.
It is time to dive into the incredible health benefits of holy basil and explore easy ways to incorporate it into your lifestyle today.
A world without basil? Un-think-herb-le!
So, again do not underestimate the power of spices and herbs in promoting health.
Tulsi may fight bacteria in your mouth that can lead to dental issues, such as cavities, plaque, tartar, and bad breath.
It serves as a natural mouth freshener and cleanser because compounds found in the leaves support a healthy oral microbiome, including by killing bacteria and germs hiding in your mouth.
Using an herbal mouthwash containing basil leaf extract twice daily seems to help reduce plaque and the risk for developing gingivitis.
Tulsi may also diminish ulcers in the mouth, and in vitro studies demonstrate it may stop the growth of oral cancer cells.
For natural dental care, try adding a drop of Tulsi essential oil to your toothpaste or drinking one cup of Tulsi tea every day.

KNOWLEDGE IS A TREASURE, BUT PRACTICE IS THE KEY TO IT

LIFE LESSONS FROM THE OCEAN, soothing wisdom from the sea – By Richard Harrtington
SOFTNESS CAN BE A STRENGTH
Some of the softest-bodied animals in the ocean can be found in the hardest places to live.
Anemones thrive where crashing waves and strong currents would dislodge and destroy almost any living thing.
They stay stuck to rocks, or buried in sediments, without coming to harm.
When out of water or in still conditions, they appear as shapeless blobs, but anemones can look like exquisitely beautiful flowers when they stretch out their tentacles, which they do when water moves rapidly around them.
Their tentacles are lined with tiny stinging cells to trap food from the seawater, including living creatures such as shrimps or floating carrion.
Feel scattered, stressed, or disconnected?
This 10-minute guided meditation helps you ground yourself in the present moment through gentle breathwork, body awareness, and sensory connection.
Perfect for calming anxiety, starting your day with presence, or winding down into peace.
Whether you are new to meditation or simply seeking a few moments of calm, this practice will help you feel more centered, present, and grounded.
Yesterday Dan and I celebrated his birthday exploring Wytheville and Draper, Virgina.
Last week we heard that the Wytheville main street was among the top ten of America, so we had to see for ourselves.
Check out the video and see through the eyes of mine.
Until Monday, in the garden of life, basil is the herb-inger of joy!
