Hello Followers,

Wishing you a peaceful Sunday!

And music has always been a great way to

make people aware of that connection.

It can help you open a part of yourself and express feelings you did not know you were feeling.

It is risky to let that happen.

But it is a risk you must take because only then will you find you are not alone.

Meditation music is designed to enhance meditation practices, characterized by soothing, tranquil sounds that help induce a state of relaxation.

It includes a variety of styles, from background music and nature sounds to classical music and even certain types of electronic tunes.

The primary goal of meditation music is to create an auditory environment beneficial to mindfulness, enabling listeners to focus on the present moment and achieve deeper states of mind.

Over recent years, meditation music has gained popularity as a complementary tool in holistic therapies, such as yoga and tai chi.

Its ability to promote relaxation and mental clarity has made it a staple in meditation sessions, wellness centers, and even in personal meditation spaces at home.

Music is life!

It is physical emotion you can touch it!

RECAPPING THE WEEK
RECAPPING THE WEEK

When words leave off, music begins,

and Mothers can look through a child’s eyes and see tomorrow.

Music should be your escape,

if you want to make beautiful music

you must play the black and white notes together.

Music does not replace words; it gives tone to the words.

Music is a language that does not speak words. It speaks in emotions.

The patterns in music and all the arts are the keys to learning.

Wake up, live your life, and sing the melody of your soul.

Words make you think.

Music makes you feel.

A song makes you feel a thought.

Garlic Butter Roasted Artichokes

Ingredients:

Four large artichokes

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Four cloves’ garlic, minced

One tablespoon fresh lemon juice

One teaspoon lemon zest

Salt and pepper to taste

One tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut off the top 1-2 inches of each artichoke and trim the stems.

Use kitchen scissors to snip the pointed tips of the leaves.

Cut the artichokes half lengthwise and remove the fuzzy choke from the center using a spoon.

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.

Brush the cut sides of the artichokes with the garlic butter mixture.

Place the artichokes cut side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Roast for 35-40 minutes, or until the artichokes are tender and the edges of the leaves are golden brown.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Enjoy these savory, garlicky artichokes!

This 5-minute guided meditation allows you to begin to experience your own source of energy healing.

May you feel surrounded by love and comfort as your body, mind, and soul are restored to their natural state of balance and well-being.

May you trust in your own inner strength and resilience and know that you can overcome any obstacle.

May you be filled with peace and hope as you embark on your journey.

Enjoy!

Until Monday, when we listen to music, we do not just listen.

We melt into the melody and flow with the rhythm.

Something inside starts to unfold its wings, the music and you are one.
