We are never more fully alive, more completely ourselves, or more deeply engrossed in anything than when we are at play.
Enjoy today.
It is one of the good old days you will miss in the future.
THE WORD OF THE DAY- REACTIONS
As humans, it is natural to react to every situation when we feel like things are really bothering us.
Even the youngest of kids react to pain and encouragement.
While a reaction is not always the answer, it is important to be an inspiration to others, who are too afraid to stand up for themselves.
Our souls may not understand the science behind reactions, but our personalities and reactions impact our souls deeply.
Everything happening around us cannot be explained or solved by science.
And sometimes we may not need an immediate solution for everything.
But a positive reaction can undoubtedly help.
The place to start a cheerful outlook is with the little things.
If you can learn to appreciate them and be grateful for them, you will appreciate the big things as well as everything in between

FIND YOUR ANCHOR
Life can be profoundly overwhelming, a torrent of experience, information, and reactions constantly engulfing you.
The flood of daily life can make you feel like you are drowning.
Build yourself a raft.
Whether you find solace in pursuing a hobby, reflecting in a journal, taking care of your body, or being in the company of others, ask yourself what slows the flow to a manageable level.
Make it a point to find the things that bring you joy, that anchor you and make you feel secure, stable, and safe, no matter what inundates you.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
The goal is not to focus on what you are worrying about, but rather to drop into the wisdom of the heart that knows - regardless of what logic or evidence says - that all is well, and everything is working out for you.
Let your worries take a break, even if only for these 10 minutes of peace.
It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
