Wow, in five days we all will be turning the corner on the past year.
The countdown to 2022 is in five days.
Next Saturday will start the new year.
May there always be work for your hands to do;
May your purse always hold a coin or two;
May the sun always shine on your windowpane;
May a rainbow be certain to follow each rain;
May the hand of a friend always be near you;
May God fill your heart with gladness to cheer you.

Since it is the last week of this year, Dan and I will focus on recapping on favorite posts on this blog of 2021 in expressing the healthier tomorrow.

When you stop chasing the wrong things you give the right things a chance to catch you.
SERIES ON BELIEVING
It’s funny how as time goes by some of the things you found important at some time in the past don’t seem that important anymore.
Dan and I have noticed!
This does not mean not to still be chasing them, just do them on autopilot.
Once you give up the chase, the right things, the things you want in your life right now, have a chance to catch up to you and you can have what you really want.
Give it a try and see if it happens for you, at the very least you won’t be wasting time on the wrong things anymore.

Medical science is at a loss to explain the reasons why we develop a headache.
There are various causes of headaches, and the effects of the condition vary between individuals.
Some people find they experience severe migraines regularly, while others get a mild headache every other year.
When a headache strikes, lemon balm can help.
Many of us turn to OTC painkillers and anti-inflammatories to help us with our headaches.
However, lemon balm offers a natural alternative to pharmaceutical solutions.
Drinking lemon balm tea can help with resolving a headache.
However, it’s not the best delivery method, and it takes longer to feel the effects.
Adding some lemon balm essential oil to a carrier oil, like extra-virgin coconut oil, helps get the polyphenols in the lemon balm into your bloodstream faster than with tea.
