You have your way. I have my way. As for the right way, the correct way, and the only way, it does not exist.
CONTINUING THIS WEEKS POST ON, WHAT IS LIFE ABOUT AND WHAT IS THE MEANING OF LIFE? AND WHY DO WE EXIST? PLUS, CONTINUING ON THE BOOK TEN-MINUTE RELAXATION FOR MIND AND BODY.
Hello followers,
Well for most it is the end of the work week.
Plus, last day of September!
Tomorrow we all welcome October and Halloween to follow.
This is the time of year that Dan and I love, for when we were younger; we would dress up.
Loved dressing up our daughter and watching her go trick or treat.
As you can see, I have been reminiscing of the past.
Enough of that!
Goodbye September, bring on October.
Let us continue the series, what is the meaning of life?
In combining our physical and mental functions, we can control our bodies and keep them healthy.
It took me a long time to realize this for myself.
Hopefully, this will help you, our followers.
The last two weeks we posted on, self-empowerment, self-control, renewable vitality, emotion mastery and conscious communication along with smart focus, learning & adaptability, and constructive thinking.
Simple Ways to Find Out What Life is About-
Today, we will explore the fifth one Overcome Insecurities-
Let’s start by stating the obvious, everyone has insecurities.
Sometimes those insecurities are a bit difficult to pin down and see for what they truly are.
One of the best ways to rise above the fears and anxieties of life is to work on your insecurities.
Try to practice mindfulness, look for thought patterns, analyze your behavior, and identify when you’re being influenced by insecurities.
The more you become aware of your own insecurities, the more you’ll be able to rise above them, prevent selfish behavior, and enable yourself to do things that would have been impossible before.
SEPTEMBER – 30th, Dan and I thought on continuing this segment with the series with some fun; What is it about September that is so significant during this month?
Pet Tricks Day – September 30, 2022
I picked this holiday, for our pet turtle Heckle has a trick.
Yes, you can even train a turtle to do tricks.
For example, every day we allow him to come out of his play-area and walk to his tank.
As Dan claps and walks to the tank, Heckle will follow to the beat.
And many moons ago our dog, Buddy would go to his leach and take it to the front door.
He would let us know he wanted to go out.
National Pet Tricks Day has been informally set for September 30.
A dog trick trainer created the day to enable people to enjoy discovering new ways to spend more quality time with their pets.
The day has been set aside to have fun with pets of all kinds, sizes, and talents.
Although most people connect pet tricks with dogs, other furry animals like cats, hamsters, and even bunnies can be taught to do things like roll over, play catch, pretend to be dead, and give high fives.
In 2021, dog trainer Joe Nutkins created National Pet Tricks Day to honor the joy that pets can bring to us.
The day was created to honor the joy of spending time with pets of all kinds, sizes, and talents.
Every year, according to the Humane Society of the United States, 13 million cats and dogs enter shelters.
People who have pets should take good care of them and spend time with them.
Tricks are behaviors and teaching them to your pets puts them in a learning state.
Tricks are activities that can be done for fun, such as praying, or for physical activity, such as weaving poles or spinning, or as valuable practical skills.
Trick training is becoming increasingly popular, and many Canines Good Citizen Testers include a few tricks in their seminars.
Trick dog training as we know it started in the 1920s with Rin Tin Tin, the cinema dog.
Lassie was produced for feature films in 1943 by a Rough Collie named Pal.
Rudd Weatherwax, Pal’s trainer, published a trick dog training textbook in the 1940s.
Positive reinforcement and food rewards for correct behavior were used in the handbook, which was an unusual training strategy at the time.
Captain Arthur Haggerty trained dogs for movies in the 1960s and co-authored the book Dog Tricks in 1977.
There are at least 10 trick dog training books and D.V.Ds available now.
Love to hear from you on what tricks you have taught your pet, please leave in the comments below.
Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.
Today is:
WHEN YOU DO THINGS FROM YOUR SOUL, YOU FEEL A RIVER MOVING IN YOU, A JOY.
Today Dan and I will be continuing the book, ten-minute relaxation, For mind and body by Jennie Harding.
Whenever you are feeling under pressure, ten minutes is all you need to relax totally, using tools that are always with you; your senses.
This book is packed full of wonderfully simple ideas and exercises for using sight, taste, smell, hearing, and touch and that vital sixth sense of intuition to rebalance your energies and bring you back into harmony with the natural world around you.
Identify your favorite sensory relaxation solutions and combat that stress!
Per Dan and my experience this is another component in keeping ourselves healthy, meditation.
By using your five senses, you can learn to relax in just ten minutes.
CHAPTER 2; THE SENSORY JOURNEY; TASTE-
Today, MEDIEVAL MOOD FOODS-
The idea that food affects how you feel has a long history.
In the 12th century, in Germany, Hildegard of Bingen was abbes of a large community of nuns.
The amazing Hildegard wrote books full of scared inspiration, musical pieces, and advice on women’s health and on dietary matters.
Hildegard believed as medical practice conformed in time, that foods helped to rebalance the different humors of the body, blood, phlegm, black bile and yellow bile.
Thus, which were seen as vital to health.
She even went further than this by relating foods to illnesses, including stress.
Tomorrow, Dan and I will share some of Hildegard’s soothing recipes.
As I ponder over all that I have learned, I have come to find that we all have our own blueprint.
Our bodies are precious and there are many components in taking care of them.
Throughout the blog, Dan and I have related the separate ways through body, heart, and soul.
It is all about power of knowledge and learning to take care of yourself, keeping your cells happy.
Our immune system is one of the key factors in keeping healthy.
It is important to know how it works!
Germs and Viruses????
Continuing from yesterday, Dr Enderlein's sixty years of research using more refined equipment achieved discoveries which precisely duplicated those of Bechamp and confirmed Bechamp's views.
Enderlein found that:
1. The cell does not represent the primary living unit of the body.
Instead, the primary units were tiny biological units which he called protist which live within the cells.
2. The blood is not sterile but contains micro-organisms capable of causing mischief given the proper milieu.
3. Certain micro-organisms undergo an exact, scientifically verifiable growth cycle.
Presently Dr Enderlein's findings continue to be confirmed by Dr Erik Enby of Gothenburg, Sweden, where he practices biological medicine and is assistant physician at the Vasa Hospital.
Dr Enby's observations of microorganisms are done using interference contrasting microscopy.

IT DOES NOT EXIST ❓
You have your way. I have my way. As for the right way, the correct way, and the only way, it does not exist. #youhave#yourway#ihavemyways#theright#rightway#correct#onlyway#doesnotexist
Until Saturday, there is nothing outside of yourself.
That can ever enable you to get better, stronger, richer, quicker or smarter.
Everything is within.
Everything exists. Seek nothing outside of yourself.
