It is time to forget the past and celebrate a new start.

RECAPPING THIS WEEK ON THE SERIES ON LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE. ALSO, THE HERB - LEMON BALM AND 101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS.

Hello Followers,

Wow, in six days we all will be turning the corner on the past year.

Next Saturday will start the new year.

The countdown to 2022 is in six days.

This is the time to reflect on the year just past, and make plans for the future.

It holds a special magic, with a promise of new opportunities and the possibility to change our lives for the better.

So, welcome in the new year by sending inspiring messages to your loved ones to mark this special time of year.

And given how challenging 2021 has been for us all with COVID-19, it feels especially important to express our hopes and dreams for better days ahead in 2022!

This week Dan and I will focus on recapping the favorite posts on this blog of 2021 in expressing the healthier tomorrow.

Starting with January the most liked was on NUTRITION – THE GUT.

It’s a new year and the 4th day of January, the universe loves a believer; everything is possible if you believe.

Imagine with your entire mind.

Believe with all your heart.

Achieve with all you might.

You just have to believe and you are halfway there.

God helps those who help themselves and you can only help yourself if you believe in yourself.

To achieve something in life, first, you have to believe in yourself.

Trust your instincts, if you do not believe in yourself, no one will believe in you.

The above words are close to my heart, I made it through the tenth year after being diagnosed with breast cancer.

I turned a milestone by treating my cancer with natural and scientific approaches without surgery, chemo and radiation.

I believe if you imagine with your entire mind and believe in other methods, it’s possible to keep healthy and manage cancer or any other disease.

First, you have to have your own belief in yourself, everyone else comes after and it does not matter if they believe in you or not.

It is up to you.

Good things come to those who believe, better things come to those who are patient and the best things come to those who do not give up.

So do not give up.

If you believe in yourself, anything is possible.

Happiness comes when you believe in what you are doing, know what you are doing, and love what you are doing.

The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.

We are what we believe we are and that is what we become.

The only limits you have is the limits of belief.

Always believe in yourself.

Listen to your heart, trust your instincts, and know you can see your own strength.

Dream it, dare it, do what you are afraid of, and keep the faith.

You just have to believe and you can even do the things that scare you the most.

Fear can never be the solution to anything, follow your vision, and remember anything is possible if you only believe.

Last year I finished with nutrition, I would like to continue with THE GUT.

How many of you know that our GUT has a lot to do with diseases and how we feel!

Learn why your relationship with your gut and your gut health is more important for your health and well-being than you may realize.

Faith is taking the first step even when you don't see the whole staircase.

NUTRITION – THE GUT

101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS; by Mike Annesley.

Since all the research of keeping healthy, leads to making your cells happy; this book will help your mental health to be happy.

That is the first step in keeping your cells happy and keeping your body healthy.

CHAPTER 2; HAPPILY, PEACEFUL

ACCEPT DISAPPOINTMENT

Look at any disappointment in the broadest context, even a year or two-year timescale.

Psychologists recommend this strategy.

Recognize and express the emotion > detach yourself >re-evaluate your expectations > zoom out to the bigger picture > try again, or reset your goal.

When trying again, maybe you need to try differently; or you may get the same result.

Altering your direction might be better than dogged persistence.

If you succeed, you can look back on disappointment as a blessing; a prompt to a better game plan.

CHAPTER 11; MAKE ANGER YOUR ALLY

TO TURN ANGER INTO AN ALLY, PARTNER WITH IT.

Today, RAGER – the fourth of the five anger-management styles

Ragers’ nurse anger.

They bite you with their words and eyes.

They suspect the worst, see no good and pound whatever is nearby.

Their seething is evident in their critical remarks, body language, or vicious attacks.

They rage at everyone or at specific targets, but never at themselves.

Continue tomorrow on RAGERS-

This is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs.

In the coming week, Dan and I will be blogging the benefits of LEMON BALM.

It’s amazing what and how lemon balm can help keep your body healthy?

Lemon balm Minimizes Menstrual Cramping and Menopause Effects.

According to data, the average age for American women to enter menopause is 51-years.

Menopause marks the end of the fertility cycle in women.

If you haven’t had a period for 12-months, you’re officially dealing with the onset of menopause.

Women in menopause find they experience changes to their hormone profile as estrogen and progesterone levels start to drop.

Many women decide to go on hormone replacement therapy to help them deal with the emotional and mood changes involved with the process.

Using lemon balm essential oil and lemon balm tea can help alleviate some of the physical and psychological issues involved with menopause.

Research shows lemon balm has a slightly anti-spasmodic effect, helping women deal with the impact of menstrual cramps.

A 2015 study shows that lemon balm reduced the intensity and frequency of menstrual cramping in high school girls.

Consuming 1,2-grams of lemon balm tea every day helps to reduce cramping associated with menstruation.

NOTE AND REPEAT – PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth
