Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.
Hello followers,
ENJOYING THE WEEKEND?
SPRING AHEAD FOR SOME OF US TODAY!
Before I begin on moving forward by releasing control, I wanted to wish my sister a happy birthday.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY SIS.
When we are less set on a specific outcome to a situation, we will be in a better place to handle whatever the outcome is.
People who have given up control and surrendered, can easily take whatever surprises life throws at them.
By having less attachment, we are more able to go with the flow.
This means that however life unravels, we will be OK, rather than hinging our sense of OK-ness on specific outcomes that may be beyond our control.
Also enhancing connections with self and others, since trying to control everything makes us more critical of yourself and other people.
Giving up that control enables us to connect with others on deeper levels.
That is because we are not tying our love and acceptance for ourselves and others on specific outcomes.
By simply letting people be how they are, and by allowing ourselves to not be attached to how every situation turns out, we are able to love more freely.
This applies both to loving others and yourself.
RECAP FOR THE WEEK-
It is not whether you get knocked down, it’s whether you get up.
Mistakes are acceptable if they are the result of moving forward.
Let us move forward with strong and active faith.
Moving forward first requires a step to be taken.
Those who move forward with a happy spirit will find that things always work out.
Nothing worth having was ever achieved without effort.
If you can look up, you can get up.
As Dan and I start a new year; we will be posting daily 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.
The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.
March 12th
MORNINGS ARE A SACRED TIME FOR OUR BRAINS.
After we awaken from a night full of dreaming, we have a choice of allowing our brains to wake up naturally or consuming by awakening with harsh lights and news.’
Once we pick up our devices, we flood our brains with stimulation and outside opinions.
Before the flood happens, spend time in peace.
Breathe in the quiet before your day begins, and if you feel moved, create something before you pay attention to the creation of others.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.
If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.
Until Monday, do not give up. There are too many nay-sayers out there who will try to discourage you. Do not listen to them. The only one who can make you give up is yourself.
