Over every mountain there is a path, although it may not be seen from the valley.
A new year is a new beginning.
It is like a new birth.
As the new year begins, we feel that we need to make changes in our life, start on a new path, do new things, and say goodbye to old habits, problems, and difficulties.
Often, we start making new plans and new resolutions.
We might feel inspired and hopeful, but sometimes also apprehensive.
The question is whether we will continue and persevere or quit our plans and resolutions.
Will we revert to our habitual behavior and continue living the same kind of life, without making any changes or improvements?
If you want to make real changes in your life you need to take certain steps.
It is great to dream big.
It is a pleasure to dream.
However, to make your dreams come true you need to do something about them, not just daydream.
The New Year is like a book with blank pages.
How do you want to fill these pages?
To carry through with New Year Resolutions you need more than temporary inspiration and desire.
You need positive thinking.
Today Dan and I will be continuing the book, Ten-Minute Relaxation, For Mind and Body by Jennie Harding.
Whenever you are feeling under pressure, ten minutes is all you need to relax totally, using tools that are always with you; your senses.
This book is packed full of wonderfully simple ideas and exercises for using sight, taste, smell, hearing, and touch and that vital sixth sense of intuition to rebalance your energies and bring you back into harmony with the natural world around you.
Identify your favorite sensory relaxation solutions and combat that stress!
Per Dan and my experience this is another component in keeping ourselves healthy, meditation.
By using your five senses, you can learn to relax in just ten minutes.
CHAPTER 2; THE SENSORY JOURNEY; TOUCH
TOUCH THE ESSENCE OF CARE-
SWITCHING ON THE SENSE; BABY BLENDS
Four teaspoons sweet almond carrier oil, enough for three to four applications.
Notice the very tiny amount of essential oil used.
This is because of the delicate state of a baby’s skin.
TO HELP SLEEP; one drop lavender
TO SOOTHE DRY SKIN; one drop rosewood
TO HELP ECZEMA; one drop roman chamomile
TO BALANCE DIGESTION; one drop sweet orange
Tomorrow, BABY MASSAGE SEQUENCE
RECAPPING THE PAST TWO WEEKS ON CIRCLING BACK, A COMPLETE CIRCLE OF LIFE. AND HOW CELEBRATING EACH DAY IS GOOD FOR OUR HEALTH? PLUS, THE BOOK TEN-MINUTE RELAXATION FOR MIND AND BODY.
What life expects of us is that we celebrate.
The most beautiful things are not associated with money; they are memories and moments.
Life is meant to be lived, so get out and live it.
All you must do is look around you to find beauty in life.
Happiness requires that we celebrate the positive sides of life.
Celebrate life in all its glory, challenge yourself to let the routine sing, and the new dance.
Merry Christmas Eve to you. May your heart be filled with the magic of the season.
A holiday is an opportunity to journey within.
Life is a circle. The end of one journey is the beginning of the next.
Let what comes come, let what goes go.
The whole universe is based on rhythms. Everything happens in circles, in spirals.
Life is sort of a circle. You come back to a lot of the interests that you had early in life.
All life goes in a circle, around and around, you started at one place, and __________.
NEW YEAR’S EVE DAY
NEW YEAR’S DAY 2023
HAPPY NEW YEAR, as Dan and I start a new year; we will be posting daily 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.
The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.
WISDOM COMES TO THOSE WHO SEIZE the lessons that life has to offer.
Each lesson carries its own level of difficulty, and when it is completed; embrace a sense of relief.
Everything you are going through is just part of your path of wisdom.
As you enter the new day, look with fresh eyes for what is ready to be learned.
Embrace today with open arms and know that your level of understanding is deepening.
The PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.
Until Tuesday, if you find a path with no obstacles, it probably doesn't lead anywhere.
