Hello Followers,
The week-end is almost coming to a close, and as I pull my thoughts together this morning; the word that comes to my mind is – AWAKENING.
This comes from the book, 101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS; by Mike Annesley.
Since all the research of keeping healthy, leads to making your cells happy; this book will help your mental health to be happy.
That is the first step in keeping your cells happy and keeping your body healthy.
AWAKENING
Sleeping bag, waking up.
The choice of metaphors is deliberate.
Wakefulness is all.
To be fully awake is to be fully aware; now, in the moment.
If you can attain a more mindful state of consciousness, you’ll inevitably gain in self-knowledge and once this has happened, you’ll be well placed to make carefully considered changes about the way you want to live.
You’ll be able to grow out of any negative thinking and damaging behavior, replacing these with positive approaches you already know will make a difference to your quality of life; your happiness.
At moment, in some aspects of your life; you’re probably snoozing on the threshold of a new day.
Wake up fully now and decide which of the 101 ways you want to try first, which Dan and I will be posting daily.
Morning has broken.
MORNING HAS BROKEN - Cat Stevens (Lyrics)
Until tomorrow –
Yesterday, I posted that Dan and I was going to our local Veteran’s Day Parade.
So, Dan and I would like to take a few minutes to honor our VETERANS for their service.
Much to our surprise, it was longer than we thought; bands, floats, motorcycles, antique cars. The Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, Navy and, most recently, Space Force had representatives to honor the veterans.
