Remember that jealousy distorts so use calm reasoning to come to a better view of the situation, with all its uncertainties.


Avoid making a big issue of a single suspicious observation.


Don’t make undermining comments.

If there are definite signs of infidelity, express your concerns calmly.


Remember forgiveness can be healing.
