Hello followers,

It is that time again, welcome to Thursday!

This week’s topic is on releasing control, and in the past on our blog we have talked about journaling.

Writing down your feelings can be a big relief for your stress levels.

When you journal, you may be able to think through things in a deeper way than if you just think about them.

For people who feel the need to be in control, journaling can help you work through potential outcomes and give you an outlet for those feelings without enabling them to amplify and grow.

As Dan and I start a new year; we will be posting daily 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The universe always provides.

We can easily focus on scarcity when things do not fall into place exactly as we want them to.

The need for control creeps in only enhancing the feeling of scarcity.

But if you evaluate the situation from a place of calm, there is always enough.

Trust that your needs are being met.

Ask for provisions and let go.

An abundant mindset is not rooted in worry but in trust.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
