Hello Followers,

Welcome to Sunday!

Life is a celebration.

Consider everything that makes you happy as a gift from God and say, thank you.

When we focus on our gratitude, the tide of disappointment goes out and the tide of love rushes in.

It is time to dive into the incredible health benefits of sage and explore easy ways to incorporate it into your lifestyle today.

A pinch of sage can turn any moment into a wise one.

So, again do not underestimate the power of spices and herbs in promoting health.

Traditionally, sage tea has been used to relieve bloating, gas, indigestion, and stomach cramps.

Sage stimulates bile production, which improves fat digestion and supports liver detoxification.

Its mildly bitter compounds, known as terpenoids, help trigger digestive enzyme secretion, promoting smoother digestion.

KNOWLEDGE IS A TREASURE, BUT PRACTICE IS THE KEY TO IT

DID YOU KNOW!

Scientists from Kyoto University have discovered that human cells can respond to sound waves changing gene activity, physical behavior, and even decisions about becoming fat.

When researchers played pure tones, like 440 Hz and 14 kHz, directly into cell cultures, the cells reacted within hours.

Over 140 genes linked to inflammation, stress, and repair altered their expression, suggesting that sound is not just noise it is a physical force our bodies can feel and interpret.

Even more fascinating, continuous sound exposure reduced the activity of two key fat-forming genes (Cebpa and Pparg) by more than 70%.

In other words, the tones stopped stem cells from turning into fat cells.

While it is still early research, this study opens the door to exploring how sound could influence healing, metabolism, or even future acoustic therapies showing that the language of life might also be spoken in vibrations.

LIFE LESSONS FROM THE OCEAN, soothing wisdom from the sea – By Richard Harrtington

LIVE LIFE ON THE EDGE

A hydrothermal vent is a volcano-like crack in the sea floor, giving our heated seawater and chemicals from molten rocks lying beneath.

Life abounds in these places, but with a surprising twist rather than plant plankton and photosynthesis being the source of food for animals here, the bacteria make them energy using minerals and chemicals in the water, in a process called chemosynthesis.

Animals that are found nowhere else thrive here, including giant tubeworms that host these bacteria in their body tissues, and species of crabs and shrimps that tolerate conditions here that are toxic to most sea creatures.

In this practice, you will gently connect with feelings of appreciation and joy, big or small and cultivate a warm, open heart.

Gratitude can transform your mood, reduce stress, and help you notice the abundance already present in your life.

Until Monday, when you need a laugh, remember that wisdom is sage.
