Sometimes letting things go is an act of far greater power than defending or hanging on.
It is Monday, and yesterday Dan and I woke up to snow falling.
And when Dan got out to the car, he had to scrape the ice off the car before going to work.
First time this winter and this Floridian was not disappointed.
All though yesterday we had to change our clocks ahead, Dan and I made it with one less hour.
However, loving the fact that it gets darker later.
Last week we had presented a series on releasing control and started to share how it can heal you.
So now Dan and I will share, how to let go of control?
Suppose you have decided you would rather be at peace and well connected to others, rather than stressed and critical.
In that case, you are probably interested in learning about how exactly you can go about giving up the need for control.
This week’s posts will help you get started on this relaxing path, but there are many other ways you can accomplish it, too.
Anything you can do that helps you feel more OK with not being in control is excellent.
It can be large or small, practiced often or only in moments of need.
Dan and I encourage you to try one of the following to guide you on this new journey.
So, tomorrow we will start on, discern what you can and cannot control.
As Dan and I start a new year; we will be posting daily 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.
The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.
WHEN CHARGED CONVERSATIONS and comments are circulating, it is easy to get wrapped up in judgement.
But these vibrations weaken our true soul power.
Instead of joining in from a reactive state, let go of judgement and spread love, kindness, and understanding.
There is a lot of hurt in this world and healing can be fueled only by higher vibrational acts like love, kindness, and forgiveness.
If you are in a situation that is painful and reactive, take a moment to find balance so you can communicate in love.
From that space, healing can take place.
PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.
Until Tuesday, seek not that the things which happen should happen as you wish; but wish the things which happen to be as they are, and you will have a tranquil flow of life.
MAKE TODAY A GREAT START TO A NEW WEEK.
