RECAPPING THIS WEEK ON THE SERIES OF LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, THE HERB – CACAO. ALSO 101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS.

Hello followers,

Happy Sunday!

Today is perfect to relieve stress and create memories for the whole week.

Sundays are often associated with laugh, rest, ease, joy and a good mood.

This morning creates a little break from whatever you are going through in your life.

This day lets you spare some “me” time for your own self, and your mind and soul can get some peace so that they can regain its actual strength.

As you regroup and get ready for the next week, keep your promises; be true to yourself.

Not doing so guarantees loneliness and failure.

Stay true to your word as that is what your character is based off of and how you will always be remembered.

Also, always find the positive lessons as the new week approaches.

Every negative outcome holds a positive lesson.

Remembering them is the key to greatness.

That’s part of the basis of creating living a great story.

101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS; by Mike Annesley.

Today continuing on CHAPTER 13; HOW CAN I EVER FORGIVE?

NO ONE UNWRAPS YOUR BINDINGS FOR YOU

A DECISION –

A bad start, sad years, and hard times are not the end of the world.

Forgive and the hard times become growth times, the sad times make the good times more precious, and overcoming a bad start becomes a source of pride, pointing to your strength to overcome

You may ask, HOW?

The answer is, simply decide to!

The feelings will follow the action.

You take a journey by putting one foot in front of the other.

That’s how you start the process of forgiving.

Decide you are going to do it and then start walking.

Forgiveness is not:

· Forgetting

· Absolving the person of their wrongdoing

· Easier as time passes

· Unrealistic

· Earned

· Easy

Forgiveness is:

· Crucial to emotional and spiritual health

· Hard work

· A way to move on and let go

· A possibility of turning hurts into growth-lessons

· A gift of freedom you give to yourself and sometimes receive from another

· A choice to stop looking back

Dan and I have been posting, on the time to get ready for food and remedies that

heal; alchemy of herbs.

Today blogging on the herb; CACAO and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how cacao can help keep your body healthy?

High blood pressure is one of the most important cardiovascular risk factors worldwide, and the majority of those who have it typically use drug therapy to control it.

However, this is not the only option and there are proven methods to lower your blood pressure naturally, with the help of cacao.

This relationship between cacao and blood pressure was first found in the Dutch Zutphen Elderly Study, where 470 elderly men were tracked for 15 years.

Those with the highest cacao consumption had lower blood pressure and an adjusted 50% relative reduction in risk of cardiovascular and all-cause mortality.

Since then, various randomized dietary studies show that consuming cacao every day can significantly reduce blood pressure compared to those that don’t consume cacao.

Aduna’s Super-Cacao is also a source of potassium (15% NRV per serving) which contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure.

As Dan and I begin a new year, this is our PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

THE THING ALWAYS HAPPENS THAT YOU REALLY BELIEVE IN; AND THE THE BELIEF IN A THING MAKES IT HAPPEN.

THE QUESTION ❓

Until Monday, don’t be intimidated by what you don’t know. That can be your greatest strength and ensure that you do things differently from everyone else.
