RECAPPING ON THE SERIES OF LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, STARTED ON THE HERB – CHAMOMILE AND THE MAIN TOPIC; STAND UP FOR YOUR LIFE.

Hello followers,

Hooray, Today begins the Spring Equinox as the flowers are now blooming and the smell of spring is in the air.

JUST THINKING!

Sometimes it just feels so amazing to finally stand up for yourself.

I highly recommend it.

Life is too short to be taken for granted.

But first - clarify, without attacking.

It’s tempting to take a self-righteous stand, especially if you are sure, you are in the right.

From your viewpoint, you are justifiably defending yourself against someone who seems to be entirely in the wrong.

But it’s important to resist the urge to react with emotion.

Instead, take a breath and calmly explain your perspective to them.

Avoid combative tones or accusatory words.

Clarify exactly what you mean and listen to their response.

Only then can a real discussion begin to take place.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is

THE BEST WAY TO CREATE A BETTER FUTURE IS TO DO YOUR BEST AT THIS VERY MOMENT.

RECAPPING ON THE SERIES OF LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, STARTED ON THE HERB – CHAMOMILE AND THE MAIN TOPIC; STAND UP FOR YOUR LIFE.

Stay strong. Stand up. Have a voice.

You don’t have to accept the things you are not ok with.

Stand up for yourself even if nobody is on your side.

Stand up and face your fears, or they will defeat you.

It’s important to stand up for what you believe in.

Raise your words, not your voice. It is rain that grows flowers, not thunder.

It’s easy to stand with the crowd. It takes courage to stand alone.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

STEPS IN AN APOLOGY

INAPPROPRIATE APOLOGIES

Probably everyone of us has experienced a disingenuous apology; one that was forced, insincere, or cutting.

The insincerity of an apology is very hard to disguise.

So, if you are going to apologize, make it sincere.

It’s true that humbling yourself enough to apologize is much more difficult than sweeping the problem under the rug.

But if you are going to stand as an adult, overcome the inner voice that begs to justify your wrong.

And don’t apologize simply out of obligation.

This apology simply appeases the one hurt (if they don’t see through its insincerity), however; it doesn’t free the one who did the wrong.

Continue tomorrow-

Dan and I have been posting, on the time to get ready for food and remedies that

heal; alchemy of herbs.

Today blogging on the herb; CHAMOMILE and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how chamomile can help keep your body healthy?

For Dan and I this was good to know for our managing cancer.

Chamomile helps fight cancer.

Recently, several studies dug into the anti-cancer activity of chamomile.

Evidence shows positive effects of chamomile stopping cancerous tumor growth and acting as a natural cancer treatment.

Inhibition of cancerous cells is believed to be due to chamomile’s antioxidants called apigenin, which are bioactive constituents that appear to help fight skin, prostate, breast and ovarian cancers.

In a recent study published by the Journal of the Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology, chamomile extracts were shown to cause minimal growth inhibitory effects on normal healthy cells, but showed significant reductions in human cancer cells, especially androgen-refractory cells that often lead to prostate cancer.

As Dan and I begin a new year, this is our PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.
