The challenge was documented daily and I related my feelings through color and positive sayings.
By masking your feelings, they are not going to go away.
Rather, feelings become trapped energy and can even have negative health consequences when they are ignored.
Take some time to feel what you feel.
This could come in the form of meditation.
Or, if you’d rather write down what you feel, writing can be a therapeutic and cathartic experience.
When you feel and share your feelings, you may also be able to see your situation in a new light.
This exercise could lead you to come up with novel solutions and overcome any challenge at hand.

Detach by keeping the goal in mind; your freedom to choose.
Detachment is aerial view; it’s how to be objective.
It is the ability to be part of the dialogue without being emotionally captured.
Success with a SUP depends on this ability to separate yourself from the SUP’s tactics.
As you participate in the dialogue, keep foremost in your mind that this person is not bigger or more powerful than life.
And ultimately you choose what you will do.
