SPECIAL EDITION, NEW BEGINNINGS

RECAPPING THIS WEEK ON THE SERIES OF LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, THE HERB – ROSE AND TEA. ALSO 101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS.

Hello Followers,

Dan and I are getting ready for a brand-new week.

How about YOU!

As Dan and I look back in our past together, we have been talking about - WHAT IF.

So, this is why new beginnings are important for most common lessons that we did was to miss the valuable opportunities that we could have availed.

And there is no one else to be blamed but only Dan and I.

Now is the time for us to stand strong and be more vigilant.

It is time to accept the opportunities and to give a kick start to our new life.

You never know when any occasion can help you achieve your dreams.

This is where Dan and I say, go for it this week; create a new beginning with more lessons to get to your dreams.

Remember you wouldn’t be where you are without the lessons in the past.

Continuing from last year!

That is the first step in keeping your cells happy and keeping your body healthy.

CHAPTER 3; HAPPILY WORKING

REJECT US-AND-THEM THINKING

Solidarity among workers can be a force for compassionate mutual support and for improving workplace conditions.

But the us-and-them culture that sometimes accompanies this can be corrosive.

Good communication between different levels of employees has to be better than solid walls that turn bosses and workers into alien species.

Build bridges both with your seniors and with staff.

Help make the workplace a microcosm of a well-ordered society.

CHAPTER 12; FIGHT FAIR WITH UNFAIR PEOPLE

LOVE IS WHAT HOLDS HEARTS TOGETHER WHEN MINDS DISAGREE!

MIND GAMES; TACTICS

SURVIVAL TACTICS

The psychological war with a screwed-up person puts most of us at a disadvantage before we even start.

We begin discouraged for we know what it is to stick our foot in our mouth, allowing our emotions to control our words and get off on tangents instead of staying with the issues.

We’ve been there and blown it.

We get riled just thinking of the problems because overcoming set patterns seem so hopeless.

Study, preparation and careful execution of a plan are crucial if you are to keep from being sucked into the power of a difficult person who refuses to play by the rules.

Preparation helps you distance yourself so that your emotions do not interfere with your rational choice of the best option for resolving conflict.

Tomorrow, TALKING THROUGH THE PROBLEM –

Last year, Dan and I have been posting, this is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs.

Continuing on the herb; TEA and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how tea can help keep your body healthy?

Put the kettle on, because we’re sharing some of the biggest benefits hidden in the world’s most popular teas.

Yesterday Dan and I blogged about the first type of tea, white tea.

Today the second type, herbal teas.

Sometimes called tisanes and very similar to white teas.

But they contain a blend of herbs, spices, fruits or other plants in addition to tea leaves.

Herbal teas don’t contain caffeine, which is why they’re known for their calming properties.

There are numerous types of herbal teas, all with their unique benefits. Some of the most popular herbal teas include:

Chamomile tea – Helps to reduce menstrual pain and muscle spasms, improves sleep and relaxation, and reduces stress.

Rooibos – Improves blood pressure and circulation, boosts good cholesterol while lowering bad cholesterol, keeps hair strong and skin healthy, and provides relief from allergies.

Peppermint – Contains menthol, which can soothe an upset stomach and serve as a cure for constipation, irritable bowel syndrome and motion sickness.

This tea variety also offers pain relief from tension headaches and migraines.

Ginger – Helps to fight against morning sickness, can be used to treat chronic indigestion and helps to relieve joint pain caused by osteoarthritis.

Hibiscus – Lowers blood pressure and fat levels, improves overall liver health, can starve off cravings for unhealthy sweets, and may prevent the formation of kidney stones.

Tomorrow the third type of teas - GREEN TEA

As Dan and I begin a new year, this is our PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is

WE MAY NOT KNOW WHAT EACH DAY HAS IN STORE FOR US.

WE COULD BE GONE TOMORROW.

ANY MINUTE COULD TRULY BE OUR GOODBYE.

BUT WE DO HAVE THIS MOMENT.

THIS TIME.

TODAY.

RIGHT NOW.

IT TAKES WAY MORE EFFORT TO SHELL OUT HATE THEN IT DOES TO ALLOW LOVE TO FLOW FREELY IN OUR LIVES.

AFTER ALL, IT'S WHAT WE WERE BORN TO DO.

EACH DAY IS A NEW BEGINNING

No one can ever take your memories from you; each day is a new beginning, make good memories every day. #noone#cantake#yourmemories#eachday#anewbeginning#makegood#memories💕 #everyday#newbeginnings#newyear2022❤️ #inspirational#motivational
