What happened yesterday, no longer matters. Today is another day. Get back on the right track and move closer to your dreams. Yes, you can do it.

RECAPPING THIS WEEK ON A BRAND-NEW SERIES, YOU CAN DO IT AND CONTINUING ON LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE. PLUS, THE HERB – CHAMOMILE.

Hello Followers,

As Dan and I continue to educate and share our experiences on life change, the first and most important step is; working with a health care provider.

In Dan’s and my case, it was functional medicine doctors in Mexico.

Being your own health care provider won't set you up for success in the way an experienced practitioner can.

It's impossible to be objective about yourself.

There are many holistically-minded physicians who love working with people on a deeper level.

If you haven't found a health-care provider that you resonate with, don't give up!

It's becoming easier to find good practitioners and many, like for myself, do online consultations.

A skilled health care provider can help you focus in on the specific things that make the most impact in your health.

They will assure you a correct diagnosis, order routine and specialized lab work like food sensitivity panels or salivary adrenal panels, and thoroughly understand you and how your body works.

Because one size doesn't fit all!

Find someone with whom you can have regular contact with, who takes the time to really get to know you, and who is excited to partner with you to achieve your health goals.

SPRING VIBES 🌼

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

PEACE BEGINS IN THE KITCHENS AND PANTRIES, GARDENS AND BACKYARDS, WHERE OUR FOOD IS GROWN AND PREPARED. THE ENERGIES OF NATURE AND THE INFINITE UNIVERSE ARE ABSORBED THROUGH THE FOODS WE EAT AND ARE TRANSMUTED INTO OUR THOUGHTS AND ACTIONS.

Continuing from last year the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

Continuing on CHAPTER 14; HOW MANY TIMES DO I SAY “SORRY”?

REPEAT APOLOGIES

If the record is stuck, pick up the needle.

If you apologized, be content.

Past wrongs offer you two options.

1) Use them as a learning tool for the present.

2) Use them, as an excuse to fail.

I blew it so I’ll never be the person I should be!

That’s a cop-out.

Perhaps you keep apologizing because you like feeling beaten down or you are hooked in a behavior for which you need outside help.

There are a lot of alcoholics who are teetotalers, kleptomanias who no longer steal, cheaters who have stopped cheating, abusers who have stopped abusing because they sought and accepted outside help.

If you are really sorry and intend to change, only one apology for your wrong is necessary!

Dan and I have been posting, on the time to get ready for food and remedies that

heal; alchemy of herbs.

Today blogging on the herb; CHAMOMILE and the benefits.

It’s amazing what and how chamomile can help keep your body healthy?

Are you ready to continue with the herb chamomile!

It’s been since March that I ended off, due to Dan’s and my move.

Aside from drinking chamomile tea, here some simple ways to use chamomile essential oil around your home.

Aromatherapy to reduce anxiety; diffuse chamomile and lavender essential oils around your home to reduce feelings of stress and tension.

They can also help you fall asleep easily.

Heal irritated skin; heal blistered skin by mixing two drops of tea tree oil and chamomile, and then apply to the blistered area up to five times per day.

You can also make a jar of your own skin-healing oil with my Homemade Anti-Aging Serum; add 20 drops of chamomile oil to this recipe that delivers vital nutrients and hydration.

Soothe a sunburn; combine lavender or chamomile oil with one tablespoon of coconut oil and apply to the skin with a cotton ball to reduce swelling and pain.

Spiritual enlightenment; diffuse chamomile with frankincense essential oil while praying,

meditating or reading to increase spiritual awareness and relax your mind.

Bathtub scrub; mix a half cup of baking soda, half cup of vinegar and five drops of chamomile and bergamot oil together.

Rub into your muscles and soak in the tub for at least 15 minutes to calm your mind and help soothe muscle aches.

You can also get more ideas from my 10 Detox Bath Recipes; add chamomile oil to any of these bath scrubs for a boost of health benefits.

Nighttime face lotion; apply two to four drops of chamomile, lavender and peppermint essential oil to your temples for a cooling effect, immediate relaxation and help staying asleep.

Try making your own lotion using soothing essential oils; just add five drops of chamomile for anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving benefits.

Improve depression; to boost mood and relieve depression, add chamomile oil and rose essential oil to your baths, or inhale the mix and diffuse it throughout your home to improve your mood.

Calm an upset child; help soothe and calm children by adding lavender or chamomile oil to their stuffed animals or blankets.

Relieve PMS; mix two drops of chamomile, sage, basil and rosemary oils, and then apply to a warm, moist hand towel and apply to abdomen.

Relieve motion sickness; inhale chamomile, peppermint, lavender and ginger oil to reduce motion sickness.

Achy muscle rub; mix chamomile oil with eucalyptus, wintergreen and cypress oils, as well as an unscented lotion or coconut oil, and then rub it into sore or aching muscles.

The month of April we continue with this PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.
