Using natural herbs is one of the best ways to improve your health and wellbeing.


And the best thing is herbs that heal the body can be easily grown at home, in your kitchen or small garden.

Retreat!



A rewarding way to appreciate everything we take for granted in our day-to-day life is to leave it behind for a little while.


You can do this in the simplest of ways: by having a couple of days where you just eat wholesome, nutritious foods, or by taking some digital-downtime and turning off your devices for a while.



But if you want to take things further and you have the cash to do it, you could go on a retreat and leave the outside world behind for a week or so or try out a boot camp with an intense exercise program.


You will appreciate the luxuries and little things you missed so much more when they are reintroduced.


LIFE IS SO MUCH BRIGHTER WHEN WE FOCUS ON WHAT MATTERS



Listen to this prayer and give all your burdens, worries, and cares to God.


When you let go, you can fully rest in His strength.


You do not have to carry that burden anymore.


Listen to this prayer in the morning before you start your day.

And again, at night before you go to sleep.



Until Monday, discover the power of your thoughts and words.

Every day when you first get up, set your mind on your blessings.
