Hello Followers,

Welcome to Sunday!

In the world of herbs, we uncover the mysteries of health.

They are the masters of balancing our body and mind.

In the magic of herbs, we find harmony with nature.

And are the gentle healers of body, mind, and spirit.

So, again do not underestimate the power of spices and herbs in promoting health.

FOR EXAMPLE:

The liver is perhaps one of the most vital organs in the body, which is accorded the bulk of the responsibility when it comes to detoxifying our system.

Any damage to the liver, thus, has overarching ramifications for the entire body and can even lead to a complete shutdown of bodily functions.

What makes matters worse is the fact that the liver takes a very long time to recuperate as it is one of the slowest organs to heal.

Rosemary, however, can help in this regard as it has been linked to lowering the risk of cirrhosis and expediting liver recovery.

Another liver-protective property associated with this herb is that it reduces plasma liver enzymes, which may cause type 2 diabetes.

Moreover, its carnosol content has been proven effective in staving off liver tissue distortion, and it is also thought to prevent depletion of liver glycogen, the energy storage molecules.

Drink a cup of rosemary tea daily.

However, always consult your physician before starting with this complementary intake.

Continuing today, Life’s a Journey, not a Destination.

How to live for each moment and find adventure in every day, by Vicki Vrint.

Join us on our new adventure in living each moment and finding adventure in every day.

Chill out and CHECK IN

Hopefully, you have had a chance to try out plenty of the suggestions on this blog and the book: you have worked out what makes you happy, added fun to each and every day, and have started enjoying some bigger adventures too.

Check in on your progress regularly and make your review something to look forward to.

Settle down in your favorite comfortable corner with an indulgent treat and look back through your journal and this post.

Think about your achievements and note down whatever you would like to work on next.

Remember that taking time out to reflect can be as beneficial for the mind as exercise is for the body, so these sessions are important.

DREAM BIG, WORK HARD AND CELEBRATE EVERY SUNRISE

This is not a meditation where you must do something.

This is a return.

A return to peace that has always been here.

In this gentle practice, you will drop into a state beyond thought into pure presence, where there is nothing to fix, nothing to chase, and nothing to prove.

Just soft awareness.

Just being.

Let yourself dissolve into the quiet space between your thoughts, where your mind can rest, your body can soften, and your soul can come home.

If you have been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or simply tired of trying this is your permission to stop.

To breathe.

To remember that you are already whole.

Already enough.

This meditation is ideal for evenings, silent mornings, or any moment when you long to reconnect with your inner stillness.

You are invited to rest.

To observe.

To feel the peace that asks for nothing and gives everything. 🌙

Until Monday, in the realm of herbs, we discover the essence of life’s healing power.
